buried treasures

spring-flowers

My front garden is bursting with colour.  Most of the flowers are bulbs so have been buried treasure since I moved into the house in July. Each morning is a treasure hunt as I survey the garden for new flowers.  The recent rain and now sun has really brought the blooms out.

I am very new to gsrdening and I love popping out to see if there are any new signs of life - so far it looks as though one clematis might havebitten the dust due to all the snow.

Oh, wow - how beautiful! The only surprises in our garden when we moved in were nettles, brambles, and little presents from visiting cats....!
